Lid Open print fail but only at launch

I go to print, with the lid closed. It can focus, etc.

When I go to actually print an image,e it stats the fan and so forth, heads to the first cut, then decides the lid is open and cancels the print.

I should also add that I can’t seem to order replacement parts to the UK. I am trying to order replacement LED strips. Every address I put in it says it can’t ship to the UK!

As a test to see where the error is occurring you can place two magnets on the front of the lid door, about 1" from the outer edges, and see if it now acknowledges that the lid is closed.

I have found that the connector is not connected - again.
