I do not understand, I just turned my machine on tonight and it only 3 weeks old, No problems when I used it now today of all days with orders. Lid open is not allowing me to use it. Followed all recommend procedure on this Forum with no luck. Customer service has been emailed. I am disappointed, it worked beautifully and now I cant get it to do anything due to this open Lid Problem. Please respond
Verify that your bottom door is closed tight as well. I had that problem once and totally missed that the first three times I looked.
Thank you friend but we trouble shooted many things including that with no luck still saying Lid Open, Im so sad, it was the best gift ever only a few uses and now nothing
