Our glowforge arrived on its side. We noticed the side was wet. We don’t want to operate the machine until we know it is safe to do so.
If they aren’t kept this-side-up during shipping, the coolant can sometimes leak. It is difficult to tell how much was lost without looking in the tank, though.
Your best bet is probably to contact support at 1-855-338-2122 8am-5pm, M-F Pacific Time Zone.

Also, magic unicorn tears I believe was a popular term for a bit.
A good thing as without the unicorn tears you could quickly destroy the machine as that is the coolant. I would also make sure that the laser beam is aimed correctly as rough shipping has been known to throw it off when cutting on the right side of the field.
This is a case where it was aimed a tiny bit too low…
