I am in desperate need of a replacement black lid cable.
I am not getting any response from Glowforge.
If anyone has an extra, I am willing to buy it from you, pay for shipping, pay for the replacement and shipping back to you.
Fingers crossed someone out there can help.

alternate solutions: ask someone to use their glowforge in your area.
Look up Joann’s and see if they have one for rent locally.
