Found this in the bottom of my forge by the crumb tray on the right-hand side after my first print. Cause for concern? Print went perfectly, btw.

No. That’s a washer that fell off of one of the red handle screws that lock down the gantry for shipping. It fell off when you removed them. Keep it with those screws.
