Hi All! There seems to be a loose wire that hangs down from the transport arm on the left side. It catches on something when the arm moves backwards towards the fan. It catches and makes a slight ping sound. Happen to anyone else? Also, I just replaced the right pulley on the transport arm due to the original being broken and now I also can’t cut a perfect circle. I ran a realignment and that didn’t fix the problem. This is the worst time of year to be having problems with my machine. Please Advise.
