Hello. I’m trying to load up the “pendant blank” and it’s only opening up the image I used to engrave something a while back. What am I doing wrong? I hit reset, and nothing happens!

Can you delete what’s left in that design, close it, then open it and try resetting the design again?
I’ve done so. Deleted everything, and tried to reload it. Same image comes up. Nothing to cut . . . just the original engrave image.
Hmmmm, maybe clear your browser cache? Or at least reboot the browser.
Just tried both . . . no luck! Odd!
Yeah, afraid I’m stumped at this point.
And now, just as randomly, after three more tries, it just showed up. So weird. Thank you for your help, Cynd! Truly appreciate it!
