How can I find a project I have done recently? Others before and after are showing but not this one. Actually I had a picture of it I sent to Support people but can’t find it any longer.
Do you have premium? If so, I believe all your designs are permanently saved unless you delete them. Otherwise, I think they get deleted after 30 days since last opened.

Is the design completely missing? Or just missing the version you uploaded? As we move things around and cut them, the dashboard holds on to the most recent version we cut. If you need an earlier version, there is an option in the interface that let’s you scroll through and choose previous versions of your file from each time you cut it or when you first uploaded it. I think you get to it by opening the file, and pressing the “…” and hitting load previous version.

As one of the founders, that is one perk I got to keep even though I’ve never had premium. So all my designs are there except the ones I’ve manually deleted. When I asked them
about one that I was pretty certain I would not have deleted, they said they showed it had been by me, and there was no way to recover it.
It didn’t really matter, as I would never count on the online storage. I create all my own designs, and they are all on my computer, with multiple backups. Go ahead and ask for support, but I suggest you also save designs locally.

If you change a design before closing it, the changed version is what gets changed. I suggest opening the file you printed just after you printed this design. Click the three dots and choose “Past Prints” Perhaps one of the past prints includes your engrave.
