i some how lost the pendant design that came with the preloaded designs it still shows up on all the projects that i have done. when i try to open it. just a blank screen please help me recover this pendant
You can reset the design by opening it in the dashboard then clicking the symbol on the top bar that has a square with three dots in it. when you do that you should see the reset design option on the right hand side.
Works on purchased or catalog designs but not on ones you upload as far as I know. Let me know if that works out for you.
