I recently replaced the wheels on the front of the carriage (after paying $25 for shipping for a little envelope) TOTAL RIPOFF!!! The new wheels are on , and I’m still having the same issues. The sound is loud, and it looks like the wheels are being ground by the metal plate they sit on.
Has anyone else had this issue?
