Loud pop, lights went out in glowforge, won't turn back on

Help! :sob:
My glowforge was working fine today. Then after a cut, a LOUD pop sound came, the lights in the glowforge went out, and now it won’t turn back on.
No, it is not the breaker.
I absolutely hate that there is not tech support to TALK to. It takes days to get someone to help. And of course, on a weekend, you’re Sol. :face_holding_back_tears:

Anything I can do on my own to fix this or is it shot?
Thank you!

What you describe suggests a power supply failure. Are you still under warranty? I have read of at least one PS replacement by an owner. The process is rather involved.

Sorry it is under these circumstances, but welcome to the community.

Ouch. I think that pop was the end of the machine for you unfortunately.
If you haven’t already done so, contact support.

Power supply. Start packing it up.
