M GF seema to have gone back to factory settings

I have a large Christmas order and when I turned on my GF this morning it isn’t working. We have been using the new Beta update with faster speeds and focusing but now it won’t even let me put in anything, the setting only show 500 for the speed which even in the beginning it wasn’t that low…
HELP I need to cut out 500 little ornaments

I’m not real clear on what’s happening – can you maybe upload a screen shot? Is this a file you’ve used before, or a new design?

500 is the top speed for cuts and scores. Any chance that you accidentally changed an engrave to a cut?

As stated (and there’s no need to start multiple threads) - 500 has always been the max for cuts and scores.

Yes I think I changed it, but I think I did get it figured out Thank you :slight_smile:
