My machine caught when I called for support all I get is someone will be back to you nobody did
Walked away for a short time I think its junk but since no one got back to me I didnt know my options
is there a recyle value ?

If it was under warranty and you were cutting proofgrade material, they may offer a discounted replacement.
Otherwise you migh contact Wiregrass to se what they say.
