Since yesterday my machine has been acting up. i did a full cleaning on it and its still acting up. its saying bumped but nothing has touched the machine. Then it started saying overheating but it wasn’t even running. The camera light and the red focus light are running while I’m trying to engrave, and its not focusing… I took the head off again to check the white ribbon and its connected properly and not to mention the lease dropped right out. I can’t believe how much I’ve spent on this machine and it not be ayr old and to have this many issues. Please I need guidance. I’m beyond frustrated. I restarted the wifi, computer, and the machine still not working.
@lallier17 I am so sorry your Glowforge printer is not focusing. It looks like you chatted us yesterday and we sent a follow up email regarding this issue. I’m going to go ahead and close this forum post and we will continue troubleshooting there.
