Why does my Glowforge keep cancelling while doing a project

It just says unable to complete print with the dismiss button on the bottom

It also says ican refresh my browser but it still won’t do anything.

What happens if you click “dismiss”?

Probably needs cleaning on your slider bars. If the laser’s motor runs into too much resistance it stops. Sure wish it gave feedback on the screen instead of just sitting in an infinite loop of no activity other than the fan turning up and down in speed.
