Machine sent back with wrong shipping label

I shipped my broken unit back with the labels you provided and didn’t notice it wasn’t my name on the label. Now I’m being told to proceed with returning the refurbished unit provided that I have to ship the machine back…but I did and it was delivered on 12/16.

I’ve asked for new shipping labels with my name and haven’t received them in a week. I was offered a refund for the incredible hassle of this experience and I just want it to be processed and done with the experience.
