Thanks for the link. I try to avoid using plans that are distributed without the permission of the designer where I can (it’s not always easy to tell), so that’s why I was asking.

It’s Disney so yea they don’t give permission.

I think you’re missing my point. It seems that D-Torso has licensing rights for Disney characters in Japan (their designs have Disney trademarks on them). My issue is that it seems like people have taken D-Torso’s designs and digitized those without permission.
I don’t have an issue with the fact that these are Disney characters (see my comment above about Disney). I DO have a problem when one person steals another person’s design and distributes it for free, which is what seems to be happening with D-Torso’s products. I could be wrong, but the files I was finding clearly stated that they had traced D-Torso’s instruction sheets.
Anyway, it’s just a personal ethical boundary. I also don’t watch pirated movies.
