I was wondering if there was a way to manage the users attached to a printer. When setting it up, I used my work email, but we have a generic user account for the area where the printer is housed and I would like to change the owner to that user.
I believe that changing the owner email is something that the Support team needs to take care of, and they are going to want to deal with you privately since emails are a private thing.
I’d recommend sending a direct email to firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the situation and give them the new email that you want to use.
You may want to just add the generic user as a printer user. Most of the additional rights that the main owner seems to have are here in the forum.
