Hello Glowverse! I’m seeking some recommendations/ideas on material for a certain application. I want to make a large grid of square or round holes in material that is about 1/2 inch thick and has some ‘give’ in it. Any ideas? I want to avoid gluing multiple layers…

EVA foam, but be careful, as with all foams it can melt or burn. Search the forum for it.
That being said, you’ll get better results gluing up layers.
If you have a drill press, I would consider making a 1/8" thick template and use the drill press to cut your main material.
