I am engraving dog tags with a 1/4" jig. I have been going along and doing a bunch and all of a sudden, my machine is reading that the material is too thick and is giving me an error upon trying to print. My material is actually a tad smaller that 1/4" so Its definitely not over the height.
Are you using set focus to make sure the focus falls in the right place?
