Getting the Material Won’t Measure error message. Cutting 1/8" Sapele using Medium Walnut Plywood setting (which I’ve used for this before). Tried the following: Cleaned all lenses and mirrors, cleared cache, turned machine off for awhile, restarted computer, tried on another computer. Anyone have any suggestions while I wait a response from GF?
Put a piece of masking somewhere - if the wood is dark and/or too reflective it can cause that error.
I think most of the time the solution to this is that they fix something on the back end, but worth a shot!
