I was serving as a counselor for youth camp last week, and one of our youth created a meme from the photo of our youth pastor as he was playing a game to recreate memes.

That’s hysterical!
I never watched the X-Files. We tried to watch an episode once, because it was supposed to be about Elko, Nevada (where we lived at the time, actually outside of Elko), but it was so utterly ridiculous that we quit watching after the first 5 minutes. It was something about aliens (and the “Alien Highway’ was the highway between Ely and Reno, 3 hours south of Elko, and the area that was supposed to look like Elko looked nothing like anything around Elko. Everyone in town was very disappointed. We never bothered watching the show again.

That was definitely a show that either clicked for you or didn’t. For those who it clicked with, I think most, if not all, saw it as a comedy without the LOL, just smirk at the dry commentary on society.
