I’m trying to make puzzles. My GlowForge Aura keeps cutting the jigsaw lines off after doing the engraving. This is the third time this has happened. I’ve tried cleaning the machine repeatedly. The time I tried to do the image twice with the jigsaw lines in the same cut, and it still messed up the lines. The material has been proofgrade every time.
