Mid-Engine Madness on Acrylic

It’s generally not something to worry about for pieces like this, but of course if you notice it then it’s worth experimenting to see if you can get a result you prefer.

I just love experimenting. Until I started printing EarSavers, I’ve probably used my machine more for testing than actually producing anything!

I just did a test that left .46 mm out of2,77mm and the correct height, and got two way marks. I will try and post images.

It’s definitely interesting how it it has both vertical and horizontalzontal emphasized lines. There’s some science there somewhere.

Not a dyno. Scaling a 1/12 scale car model to build lofts for a 1/4 scale Countach wall art piece. Now, back to regularly scheduled programming…

Either way, I knew it was something cool!!

I plan to do some of the detailing using my Glowforge & 3d printers.
