While was doing a engraving the laser stopped burning mid-engraving. Looks like the laser tube is not lighting up. Checked settings. Not a power level problem. Checked mirror for placement and cleanliness. No problems. Support keeps telling me to do a Gift of Good Measure print. Still nothing. Any ideas?

If you are working with support via email you should continue to do so. This post has generated another support ticket which will only slow things up for you.
If you just want to have others weigh in on your situation then you could post in “everything else”.

Did you clean the lens and other optics too? There are six of them, not counting the mirror. They’d have to be pretty dirty to stop it from marking altogether, but it’s worth a try!
