I am soo over waiting!!! How can it really take this long. She thanked me for letting her know on the 26th and that she would alert their team and get back with me. Any luck finylvinyldesigns?

No luck on my end. I check nearly every day.
No, but I haven’t contacted them yet either… too busy at the moment. (I’ll contact them directly later…they might have to send it to each account individually.) 
To any of you that haven’t received the other 2 files, yet, I sent a message to Support, and they (Julia, who is awesome) sent the whole file to my Dashboard again. She had me rename the 2 files I did get and she then sent all 4 of them to me. It worked perfectly.
