I bought 2 GlowForges with air filters back in Oct. 2015 and I still haven’t gotten my air filters and my shipping page (https://glowforge.com/shipping/) says that both of the air filters are “Not quite ready”.
What’s the deal?

You have missed a few announcements regarding filters. The original design was abandoned, and a different solution was introduced and has been selling for quite some time. I am sure the Glowforge support team will contact you regarding your options.

Check your spam folder - there were emails quite a while ago asking if you wanted the compact filter or wait for the newer, current now, filter.
