Paid for on the 3rd of this month, but just realized that my premium membership is not showing up. Not even entirely sure how long it hasn’t been active on my account. Anyway, would like to have it turned back on, since I paid for it and all.
Same problem here. Paid for premium membership for the last 3 months - but it’s inactive.
@raymondking32 I’m so sorry you’ve run into trouble with your Glowforge Premium Subscription. I’ve made some changes on my end and you should be able to download the designs the next time you visit app.glowforge.com. Please let me know if it still hasn’t shown up and I’ll be happy to work on the next steps with you.
