So my wife works for a city entity, and spread the word about Earsavers within the city. They were so excited about these, they asked us if we would be willing to make them directly. We said sure, and made a batch of 308 for our city’s first responders, custom engraved for them. We even made them using blue (for police) and red (for fire/EMS) tinted acrylic.
After some brief testing with prototypes, they requested us to curve the full batch. After much heat-gunning over a cooking pot we produced a full batch of these.

(For the next batch, definitely need to pick up some heat-resistant piping so that batch processing works more efficiently!)
