Anybody know how I can get the Multi Shape Key Chain blanks template back into my account? I had the shapes accidently deleted and I cannot get them back.

If that’s a 
provided design then you click on the 3 dot menu, and design details, and then reset design.
If it’s one you uploaded (from the community, or anywhere else) you’ll have to re-upload it yourself.
