I’ve replaced every part that was suggested and still nothing. It started with “Camera not able to take a picture” then changed to “Lid Open” then on to the light on the right not working, and somewhere in there I got a message “head was bumped”. This is what has been replaced: ribbon going to the head, the black ribbon at the bottom, and both LED side lights. I am maxed out on frustration and time before I have to start cancelling my shows and go broke. I only live 2 hrs from Seattle and will drive there if it could be fixed or needs replaced.
They don’t assemble or repair machines in Seattle. Right now it’s a place in TN.
It sounds like your unit has a fundamental hardware failure that will require replacement of the entire machine (they don’t offer repairs.)
I haven’t been able to get them to check it for me, just tell me to buy more parts.
can I swap it out in Seattle? I have run out of time for anything else
No. Their “office” in Seattle is just a shared space in a business unit, they don’t stock anything there.
They don’t have any inventory of machines in Seattle. Seattle is merely their office location with some staff on site. Many of their employees work remotely from home. @eflyguy just posted faster than I did.
Thank you
Guys, I am having exactly the same problems as [clemonscustomcreatio]. How do we get in touch with someone to start the repair cycle?

Those all look to me like the black ribbon at the back of the lid. Or more like bad connections. Have you ever used a spray cleaner?
There was a time when the bottom of that black ribbon was too short and would break if the lid was open too far, but that was made longer and is now hard to open the lid to the point it can strain it. I would go through and make sure all the connections between ribbons was fully in and tight. I had to change out that black ribbon when it was too short, and had all the problems you are talking about until I managed to get all those connections properly seated.
