I recently cleaned the air fan and had to retighten the belts is is possible I over tightened or not tight enough ?
I am off about 1/16 th of an inch ?
When connecting a a square design on the bottom of the square ?

Your belt tension should be similar to the following.
When pressing lightly on one side of the belt, the other side should not move.
Like this:

If a belt is loose, you can follow this link for instructions to adjust the tension of the carriage plate belt or here to adjust the tension of the side belt.
For the alignment issue if you can post a photo of the print and also the date and time I would be happy to take a look for you.
Can you please clarify the issue you are having with connecting a square design on the bottom?

Low and behold upon taking a deep dive into the belts I found a very small particle of Foam that was stuck to the side of the belt. .
Upon testing , it seems we have solved the issue together, thank you.
