My catalog designs will not work

Hi I can’t get any catalog designs to lode on my machine I have premium

Are you still operating under the trial membership? Are the designs in your Dashboard?

I started premium one week ago and payed year subscription am not very good with computers so a bit stuck.

I think you will benefit from the premium subscription. The free designs can help a new user with making things from tested files.

When you try to purchase the Free with Premium designs do you get to a screen that looks like this?

But clicking on the Add to Dashboard doesn’t result in your file being in your Dashboard?

I am also having this issue. I click add to dashboard but they do not show up anywhere for me.

I’m having the same issue. I added some things yesterday and they haven’t shown up. I tried again a little while ago and still nothing.
