I am having a problem with my device that I received on Friday.
It worked very well. After several cuts and engravings, everything was going well until now when the device turned off and it was impossible to turn it on again.
I unplug the cable then plugged it back in and it still won’t turn on.
Can you help me ?
Is the switch on the back of the machine turned on?

Check to see if the fuse has blown. Nothing happens at all when turned on? No noise, no movement?
i can hear a small continuous noise when the switch is off (like bzzzzzzz). when i turn it on, i hear a “clic”, then nothing happens. it wont turn on at all. no light, no movement, nothing.
I was printing when it happened, it stopped all of a sudden.
And yes the fuse is fine. You are talking about the house fuse right ? or is there a fuse on the printer itself that i shoul check ?

Correct, house fuse. Sounds like Glowforge will have to look into it. They respond pretty fast on here, so hopefully they will get back to you on Monday. Fingers crossed it’s nothing major.
