Aside from glass pouring out of the box like I saw in one video, is there anything I should look for that would make me refuse the package?
Can’t wait to go pick it up! only 15 minutes away!

If the outside looks wet that might indicate a coolant leak. But a month or so ago they started wrapping the units in a plastic bag so the coolant may not make it through to the cardboard.
(I had a UPS box delivery that came the same day as my GF with a wet slightly sticky fluid all over the outside. It turns out the package on top of mine had a busted bottle of shampoo in the box)

I actually made my UPS guy wait while I lifted the lid and checked inside for leaks into the bag. Bring a pocket knife so you can cut the tape, and a roll of tape to tape it back up before you bring it home.
