Hello, I finally got my GF Pro unit yesterday, but unfortunately I was very disappointed to see that my came broken . It has large crack on the right hand hand side of the front door. I immediately emailed the support, but haven’t heard from them yet. Any comments on how to resolve this issue will be much appreciated.
You should generally hear back from them within a business day.
