Tried searching issues and I have been in contact with support over the multitude of issues I am having on a brand new machine but it seems they have to escalate it and while I am waiting I am having more issues, It just seems like there is one problem right after another. First, The image doesn’t line up with the cut, so if I have my cut spaced on the wood it is about 1/4 inch off where it actually cuts. so I have to waste a decent amount to make sure that is not going to cut off edge. Then I was cutting and engraving an earring display and it engraved half and then the laser stopped, the machine kept going and I had to cancel the print because it is wasting time. I tried to start it again and it thinks it is working but there is no laser to actually cut or engrave. Any help is greatly appreciated!
If you are already working with Support, posting here in the forum simply slows things down as you have opened a duplicate ticket.

Thanks for your help… I am working OTHER issues with support. The laser not working just happened, as stated above, and I am trying to see if something needs checked, cleaned or if there is a simple fix.
