Help! I turned my glowforge on, after a couple seconds I heard a small pop, saw the button color change and then everything went black! Now nothing! The plug is still good. When I turn the on/off switch I hear a small click but nothing is happening!

Sounds like the power supply went kaput. You’ll need to email these details to support@glowforge.com for help with a repair or replacement.

Ouch. That is probably going to require a return for repair. Sorry to hear.
