I used my Glowforge yesterday with no problems. Today when I turned it on it gave the usual sounds of startup then nothing when it came to centering. I open the lid and close, still nothing, my screen does not register lid open. when I turn it off it shows the offline icon grayed out but still says centering. I refresh page but it doesn’t change.I refreshed my wifi didn’t help.

Same issue here. it was printing this morning and then stopped working. I’ve been trying to get it fixed for 5 hours already.

Seems to be a known issue by GF. No ETA on a fix. Dead in the water right now.

It seems to be widespread. I had printed one side of a piece but when I went to do the other, it was stuck as well. Took a few attempts (restarts) to get it to print. The last time there was a banner talking about an issue when I re-loaded the app.

Mine is stuck on Homing

my GF worked earlier today and when I was about to print another project, my GF maintained on homing. Called GF support and they mentioned I was one of the affected with an ongoing issue. they didn’t disclose much but only mentioned I would be notified by email. hoping this gets resolved as I have orders with deadlines coming up this week.

Still having issues here as well. My gf has been stuck on focusing all day. I received an email stating issue resolved but I am still not able to print.

I’m still stuck on focusing. I didn’t bother contacting Glowforge yet but I guess I will now when they open. I don’t see any alerts about this issue on their website or the status page, it’s really annoying since this seems like a big issue.

Mine is kinda doing the same thing but mine says homing. And mine has also been doing this since yesterday. I will have some unsatisfied customers sadly!!!

For the past two days, I’ve been dealing with the “stuck on homing” issue. That corrected yesterday. This morning, I now can’t get past the “stuck on centering” issue others had yesterday. Work backing up. Can anyone help???
