I have an issue with my pro it derails when I turn it on I don’t know what else to do I cleaned ,deep cleaned but it still derailing
Can you post a picture or video of this? When it’s off what happens if you square it off at the back then start?
Do you think the belt is slipping?

What is “deep cleaned”? There’s no official process beyond regular cleaning, and many people have broken their machine by believing things they read on the interwebs.

Watch when you turn it on which side moves first or moves ahead more. It means the other side has an issue. if the left side has an issue there is a rare case that it hooks on something. In either case, there can be something interfering, like a bit on the rail or below that the gantry hits. It could be a broken side wheel. Or a loose or broken side belt. I would remove the crumb tray and look for loose scraps first.
