I have a ticket open (106662) that I have not seen action on in 12 days. I’ve been waiting for a reply and no one has contacted me again. This seems like a bit of an excessive wait once a ticket has been picked up and I’m hoping it can be escalated. I have emailed asking for updates twice now with no reply so this is my next option.
14 days since last reply and 19 days since the original ticket was opened. I’ve tried multiple methods of contact.
