Need carriage belt! Our machine is still under warranty and our carriage belt broke almost 2 weeks ago. Emailed GF and they said they were sending a new one out, however the tracking just says “Returning to sender”. Cannot get in touch with GF and I need a belt. Is there a place I can buy one? Need to get this machine back running asap!

I sell all three of the belts in your Glowforge, the one that connects to the carriage plate assembly, and the two belts that connect to the laser gantry to control front/back motion.
