I have looked everywhere (scrolled all the way down to first files, etc), but it is just not there. How do we get this file back? Our laser is acting like it is printing but the laser is not firing so nothing is engraving or scoring. need help ASAP!
Do you have the Gift of Good Measure metric version? That works as well to test things.

They are in your dashboard, and I don’t think you can actually delete them. If, in fact, you have only Glowforge can restore the files.
Those are lovely, but not useful in this instance. The reason support asks you to print GoGM is that they know there are no issues with those files.

The GOGM has all aspects of the machine’s capabilities in it, engrave, score and cut. That way the can evaluate the operations with a known file.
