When I go to upload or trace an item I have no I cons on the left of the page. No where to enlarge, make duplicates and so on. Very frustrating. We’ve watched several different how tool’s and they all have items to choose from on the left hand side of the page. Can anyone help me with this?
Screen capture would help us help you a lot. Most of the time we see this everything is outside of the printable area.

Without more info, try a different browser. Chrome is recommended.
