Does anyone else have trouble getting ahold of anyone on customer support? Honestly, I’m hoping this post just gets the attention of someone. I spoke with someone 2 or 3 days ago and I was supposed to get a follow-up invoice and confirmation of shipment for a replacement piece I need but never got one. Now I can’t get anyone on the phone or through email. It just seems like it should be easier to contact customer support for a 4K machine than for my $50 blender.
During this holiday season they are extra busy helping people, but this post opens a support ticket and they will get back to you, so just hang tight.
