I am designing my first SVG and I am having a meltdown. I have been working on this almost 2 weeks.
Could someone please tell how to remove the slots and tabs in Affinity Designer?
I have tried at least 50 different ways and it deletes the entire file.
It kind of depends on how the file is constructed (photo of the finished product really doesn’t tell me anything!), but I usually use the node edit tool and just delete the unwanted nodes.

The node tool worked. For whatever reason, I kept trying to use the point transform tool to remove the tabs and slots. I was in this vortex like Dorothy —but there was no OZ until you came along. Thank you my sweet!!!
