Need help- My sister passed away -

My sister passed away May 30. She had just bought a Pro a few months prior. My Bro-in-law wants to sell it. Who does he email to get access to her acct?

I’m so sorry for your loss. I normally don’t advocate opening duplicate support tickets, but this is a special case, since it involves personal information. Have him email support@glowforge.com with his request, rather than waiting for a response here.

@mkmerritt I am so terribly sorry for your loss. We will be happy to get this sorted out for your brother in law.
