Need help removing old Glowforge and renaming current one

How do I remove an old Glowforge from my account and rename my Glowforge? Preferably to Glowforge Pro. I also need to remove a user besides myself and their email.

I believe you just need to contact Support and have them do it. I could be wrong, but I believe that’s what I’ve read before.

You manage additional users under the settings/users option in the GF App, button in top right corner.

You will need to email support to get the old machine removed and the current one renamed.
