Need help with a file -novice

Afternoon Folks, My Granddaughter just became a full fledged Girl Scout and wanted me to print her one of the attached so she can make herself a necklace. I was hoping that some one in the Glowforge community had this file ready to print that would be willing to share. My skills at making these files is VERY limited. THANK YOU
