I’m using affinity design and I export the file as an SVG. When I upload it into the glowforge, it comes in with dashed lines as my outline. The file in affinity has no dashed lines in the outline. Here is my file if anyone can help.
It will come up with dashed lines until you choose your material and what you want it to do i.e. cut, score, engrave. Once you choose cut it will become solid cut lines. If it ‘stays’ dashed, be sure you have the image in the cutting area…if it’s outside the cutting area, it won’t change either. Make it smaller to see if that’s the problem.
